Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day sales and operations of the Fragrance & Beauty Boutique in Prague.
- Establish a world-class service and selling culture, ensuring high standards of client experience.
- Inspire and motivate the team on the shop floor, embodying the role of a brand ambassador.
- Develop business initiatives aligned with the brand vision and strategy.
- Drive performance indicators for each employee, providing regular feedback and follow-up.
- Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals.
- Demonstrate excellent selling skills through storytelling and cross, link, and up-selling techniques.
- Cultivate a client-centric culture, emphasizing client engagement and long-lasting relationships.
- Perform gap analysis on performance and implement necessary actions in collaboration with other departments.
- Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and adapt animations and events for the local clientele.
- Manage staff schedules and day-to-day operational zoning.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of documented experience in sales management.
- At least 5 years of shop floor experience within the Beauty industry.
- Advantageous to be a qualified cosmetologist or makeup artist.
- Engaging and communicative people manager with a performance-oriented mindset.
- Self-driven, positive, and independent with a high degree of integrity and ethics.
- Fluency in Czech and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in sales management and 5 years of shop floor experience in the Beauty industry.
