Chanel Paris seeks a Boutique Manager for 31 Rue Cambon. Permanent role leading boutique operations, sales and client relations at the flagship store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the boutique at 31 Rue Cambon, ensuring alignment with Chanel's brand standards and the flagship's particular prestige.
  • Drive sales performance and commercial KPIs through strategic clienteling, merchandising execution and targeted business initiatives.
  • Recruit, develop and coach a high-performing sales team; establish staffing plans, run performance reviews and implement training programmes.
  • Cultivate and maintain high-value client relationships, oversee VIP service delivery and manage post-sale follow-up to maximise lifetime value.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, shrinkage prevention and reconciliation with central stock systems.
  • Coordinate visual merchandising and store presentation with corporate VM guidelines to preserve the maison's aesthetic and seasonal directives.
  • Prepare regular commercial and operational reports for regional leadership and contribute to local business planning and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, luxury retail regulations and health & safety requirements within the boutique.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in luxury retail, preferably within a flagship or high-traffic boutique environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with responsibility for hiring, coaching and performance management of frontline teams.
  • Commercially astute with documented ability to meet and exceed sales targets and to analyse retail KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and the capacity to cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong organisational skills with experience in inventory management, loss prevention and store operations.

Experience
