Chanel seeks a Boutique Manager for its London location. Lead luxury retail operations, manage teams, and drive sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the boutique team to achieve sales and performance targets
- Oversee daily retail operations, inventory management, and stock accuracy
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines and maintain the boutique's aesthetic standards
- Cultivate personalized client relationships and drive clienteling initiatives
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control operating expenses
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, luxury retail protocols, and company policies
- Conduct staff training and professional development programs
- Liaise with regional management on strategic initiatives and performance reporting
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a boutique manager or store manager in luxury retail
- Deep understanding of Chanel's brand heritage, products, and positioning
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire retail teams
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous

Experience
Minimum 5–7 years in luxury retail management, with at least 2–3 years in a boutique manager or equivalent senior retail role. Prior experience within the Chanel organization or other prestigious luxury houses is highly valued.
Education
Secondary education required; qualification in retail management, business administration, or related discipline preferred.
