Chanel in Hanoi seeks a Boutique Manager to lead boutique operations, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all daily boutique operations to deliver exemplary client service and maximise sales performance in line with Maison objectives.
  • Recruit, develop and coach a high-performing sales team; set individual and team targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Drive clienteling and VIP relationship strategies, ensuring personalised service, follow-up and retention of high-value clients.
  • Implement merchandising and visual directives to maintain brand presentation, seasonal displays and product storytelling.
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, loss prevention and stocktaking processes with rigorous controls.
  • Oversee administrative and financial tasks including cash handling, P&L monitoring, sales reporting and budget adherence.
  • Ensure compliance with Chanel policies, local regulations and quality standards across service and operational delivery.
  • Coordinate in-store events, private appointments and collaborations with regional marketing and local stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail management with demonstrable achievement against sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and people-development capabilities with experience hiring and mentoring boutique teams.
  • Exceptional clienteling and relationship-building skills, with a focus on high-net-worth and repeat clientele.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, numeracy and experience managing store-level P&L and inventory controls.
