Chanel seeks a Boutique Manager, Fragrance & Beauty Products in Bangkok to lead boutique operations, sales and team performance for Chanel Beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations to ensure outstanding client experience and adherence to Chanel retail standards.
- Drive sales performance against targets through merchandising, promotions and active clienteling.
- Recruit, train, coach and develop a high-performing beauty sales team; conduct appraisals and manage staffing rotas.
- Own inventory control, stock replenishment and shrinkage prevention in coordination with regional supply teams.
- Execute visual merchandising and boutique presentation consistent with brand guidelines and local market trends.
- Manage store-level P&L, sales forecasting, KPI reporting and close collaboration with district/regional management.
- Plan and deliver client events, product launches and tailored after-sales service to cultivate loyalty and repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations and luxury retail security procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury beauty or premium cosmetics retail management.
- Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets and manage store profitability.
- Strong leadership and people-development skills with experience recruiting and coaching sales teams.
- Excellent product knowledge of fragrance and beauty categories; ability to train others.
- High standards of presentation, client service and operational discipline appropriate to a maison like Chanel.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3–5 years in retail management with at least several years in luxury beauty, fragrance or premium cosmetics; experience leading multi-person teams and managing boutique P&L preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, retail management, marketing or a related field preferred.
