Chanel seeks an experienced Boutique Manager for its Lyngby boutique to lead fragrance and beauty operations with excellence and strategic vision.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all daily boutique operations to ensure exemplary customer service and sales performance
- Oversee fragrance and beauty product presentation, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team aligned with Chanel's standards of excellence
- Drive sales targets and revenue growth through strategic clienteling and personalized customer engagement
- Maintain boutique aesthetics, cleanliness, and operational compliance with Chanel global guidelines
- Build and nurture relationships with key clientele to foster brand loyalty and repeat business
Qualifications
- Proven boutique or retail management experience in luxury fragrance and/or beauty
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse sales team
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and clienteling practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive retail or boutique management experience, preferably within luxury fragrance and beauty sectors
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; advanced retail management certification or luxury retail training preferred
