Chanel seeks a Fragrance & Beauty Boutique Manager in Changzhou to lead counter operations and drive luxury sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily boutique operations and fragrance & beauty counter activities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise retail staff to ensure exceptional client service standards
- Drive sales targets and revenue growth within the fragrance and beauty category
- Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with Chanel brand guidelines
- Build and nurture client relationships through personalized service and product expertise
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment

Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years retail management or boutique leadership experience

- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
