Chanel is hiring a Boutique Host in Soho, New York to manage guest reception and appointment flow at its Soho boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and register clients and visitors; manage arrival flow and maintain an impeccable boutique atmosphere.
- Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling for sales advisors, ensuring punctuality and optimal client experience.
- Act as first point of contact for telephone and in-person enquiries; route requests to appropriate boutique teams.
- Provide concierge-level guest relations, anticipating client needs and facilitating bespoke services or requests.
- Maintain and update client records and appointment logs in the boutique CRM; ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support boutique events and private appointments, coordinating logistics with merchandising and sales teams.
- Uphold brand standards for presentation, security and client discretion; assist with light visual merchandising and boutique housekeeping.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or client-facing roles (typically 1–3 years preferred).
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with polished presentation and professional discretion.
- Excellent organisational ability, capable of managing multiple concurrent appointments and requests.
- Strong phone manner and written communication; ability to interact confidently with a discerning clientele.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends; legally authorised to work in the United States.
