Chanel Boutique Facilitator, Host position in Boca Raton, Florida. $24.70–$28.00 hourly. Support luxury retail operations and deliver exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and greeting all clients and hosting duties
- Provide continuous sales and service support to Fashion Advisors and clients
- Support Operations team in managing incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing
- Assist Fashion Advisors with product packaging and presentation
- Support opening and closing of registers, handle cash management and deposits
- Execute administrative responsibilities including answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly and professionally
- Facilitate opening and closing of the boutique, receive inventory, and ship products to ensure optimal client service
- Support all areas of the boutique as needed to maximize client-facing time for sales staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of related retail or hospitality experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to lift 15 pounds regularly
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and select holidays
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated passion for client experience and customer service excellence
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of or passion for the House of Chanel, its heritage, products, and cultural initiatives
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- In-store presence required for boutique operations and optimal client service
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of related experience in retail, hospitality, or boutique operations. Experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service is advantageous.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24.70 to USD 28 per hour.
