Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival and share relevant information about health and safety protocols.
• Use tools and processes to manage client wait times and appointments.
• Answer client questions and facilitate a seamless experience between the wait and time in the boutique.
• Maintain the flow of traffic to ensure adequate service levels.
• Proactively communicate expected wait times and what clients can expect from their in-boutique experience, setting realistic expectations.
• Support other boutique team members in maximizing client-facing time and assist across boutique areas as needed.
• Be present in-store to facilitate boutique opening and closing, receive inventory, and ship products in support of sales and optimal client service.

Qualifications

• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
• Passion for CHANEL, its history and product offerings, and its commitment to social and cultural initiatives.
• Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within CHANEL.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to lift 15 lbs.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 23.60 to USD 28 per hour.
