Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver impeccable, anticipatory client service and cultivate long-term relationships through tailored appointments and proactive outreach.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets by advising clients on product assortments across fashion, leather goods, accessories and beauty.
  • Manage daily boutique operations including point-of-sale activity, stock receiving and replenishment, inventory accuracy and loss-prevention practices.
  • Maintain brand standards for visual merchandising, product presentation and boutique ambience; execute seasonal floor moves and window displays as directed.
  • Operate the boutique CRM for client profiling and follow-up; ensure timely execution of client communications, alterations, and after-sales service.
  • Represent the brand at client events and in-store activations; collaborate with the team to elevate the in-boutique experience and support operational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Polished professional demeanour with exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary education in fashion or retail preferred.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (employment eligibility for Short Hills, NJ).
