Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised client service in a high-end boutique setting, anticipating needs and cultivating long-term client relationships.
• Greet and engage clients, manage in-store appointments and support private client consultations to maximise conversion and loyalty.
• Support selling activities on the sales floor, including product presentation, storytelling and tailored recommendations to meet sales objectives.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions accurately and handle cash/credit procedures in line with brand policies.
• Maintain boutique standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping and product presentation; assist with store resets and window dressing as directed.
• Manage stockroom duties: receive deliveries, perform stock counts, replenish the sales floor and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to loss-prevention, compliance and brand security procedures, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Collaborate with boutique management and cross-functional teams (clienteling/CRM, inventory, visual merchandising) to execute local initiatives and client events.

Qualifications

• Professional, polished appearance and impeccable interpersonal skills consistent with a luxury brand environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills; able to present product stories and features with confidence.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
• Demonstrated cash-handling integrity and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and fixtures as required for merchandising and stock tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain boutique presentation standards.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to discretely manage VIP and private-client interactions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Experience

Preferred: 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience, ideally within luxury or premium brands. Candidates with strong service backgrounds and a demonstrable record of achieving sales or client-satisfaction targets will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or an associate degree in retail, hospitality or a related field is a plus.
