Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service aligned with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and greeting clients and facilitating boutique hospitality
• Provide continuous sales and service support as a brand ambassador, assisting Fashion Advisors with packaging and client interactions
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipment processes, conduct inventory cycle counts, and oversee daily re-ticketing in coordination with the Operations team
• Support the opening and closing of registers, handle cash processing and deposits with accuracy and security protocols
• Perform administrative duties including telephone reception, client inquiry resolution, and correspondence management to ensure prompt and professional communication
• Maintain boutique facilities and visual standards in accordance with Chanel brand guidelines
• Execute all assigned duties with flexibility to work late evenings, weekends, and select holidays as required by retail operations

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail operations, boutique support, or related hospitality experience
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds regularly
• Flexible availability including late evening and weekend shifts, with willingness to work holiday periods
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-focused retail environment
• Strong understanding of and genuine passion for client experience excellence
• Excellent verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
• Knowledge of or strong interest in Chanel's brand heritage, product offerings, and corporate values
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally within the luxury retail environment

Experience

Minimum one year of related retail operations, boutique administration, or luxury goods customer-facing experience required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or retail management certification preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 29 per hour.
