Boutique Facilitator at Chanel, Palm Beach – $26-$29/hr. Support luxury retail operations, client service, and inventory management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service reflecting Chanel's service standards, including welcoming, greeting, and hosting clients
- Provide continuous sales and service support to Fashion Advisors and the boutique team
- Support Operations team in managing incoming and outgoing shipments, conducting inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing
- Assist Fashion Advisors with product packaging and presentation
- Support opening and closing of registers, handle cash management, and assist with deposits
- Execute administrative responsibilities including professional phone support to resolve client issues promptly
- Facilitate boutique opening and closing procedures to ensure optimal client service
- Support all areas of the boutique as operational needs arise
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of related retail or hospitality experience
- Physical capability to lift 15 lbs regularly
- Flexible schedule with availability for late evenings, weekends, and select holidays
- Demonstrated passion for luxury retail and client experience
- Understanding of and commitment to Chanel's brand heritage, product offerings, and cultural initiatives
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in team-focused environments
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of related experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing operations. Prior boutique or luxury retail exposure is advantageous but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in retail management or hospitality is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Palm Beach, Florida, USA, with easy access to Miami.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 29 per hour.
