Boutique Operations Associate position at Chanel Orlando. Full-time role supporting retail operations, inventory, and client service. $26–$28/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and hosting clients
- Provide continuous sales and service support as a brand ambassador throughout the boutique
- Support inventory operations, including incoming and outgoing shipments, cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing
- Assist Fashion Advisors with product packaging and presentation
- Support opening and closing procedures, including register operations and cash deposit handling
- Execute administrative responsibilities including responding to client inquiries via telephone with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain in-store presence during all operating hours to facilitate opening, closing, inventory receiving, and product shipping
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of related retail or hospitality experience
- Ability to lift 15 pounds regularly
- Flexible schedule accommodating late evenings, weekends, and holiday operations
- Strong teamwork and collaborative capabilities
- Demonstrated passion for client experience and luxury service
- Excellent communication skills
