Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a seamless, personalised client experience across all boutique touchpoints, assisting with appointments, consultations and aftercare.
  • Support sales associates by preparing client appointments, maintaining client records and executing follow‑up communications in accordance with brand clienteling standards.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day boutique operations including stock replenishment, visual merchandising upkeep, pricing and housekeeping to preserve house presentation.
  • Process transactions accurately and securely using point‑of‑sale systems; manage receipts, returns and cash handling procedures following brand policies.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, incoming goods processing and coordination with stockroom and logistics teams.
  • Assist with boutique events, private viewings and product launches, liaising with marketing and client services to ensure flawless execution.
  • Identify and escalate client service or operational issues to management; contribute to loss‑prevention and compliance measures.
  • Support training and onboarding of temporary or seasonal staff to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion brands; prior boutique or clienteling exposure strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable excellence in customer service with an ability to build rapport and manage high‑value client relationships discreetly.
