Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver impeccable, personalized service to clientele in accordance with Chanel’s standards, cultivating long-term relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Welcome and advise clients on product selection, styling and brand heritage; drive sales through consultative selling and product knowledge.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges with accuracy while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Support visual merchandising and maintain boutique presentation to brand directives, including window displays and floor replenishment.
- Manage inventory tasks: receive and process deliveries, perform stock counts, and assist with loss-prevention procedures.
- Coordinate boutique operational activities such as appointment scheduling, pre-opening and closing routines, and stock organisation.
- Assist with in-store events, trunk shows and VIP appointments, liaising with colleagues and support teams to ensure flawless execution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or another high-end, client-facing environment.
- Exemplary interpersonal skills, polished presentation and the ability to engage discerning clientele with tact and discretion.
- Strong numeracy and transactional accuracy; reliable timekeeping and professionalism.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Familiarity with visual merchandising principles and basic stock management practices.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, premium hospitality or a comparable customer-facing role; prior boutique or brand-specific training preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in retail, fashion, hospitality or related discipline preferred.
