Boutique Facilitator at Chanel, Tysons (McLean, VA). Support boutique operations, inventory, and client service. $25.50–$28.00/hr. Full-time.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Chanel's service standards, welcoming and greeting all clients and hosting guests
  • Provide continuous sales and service support as a brand ambassador throughout the boutique
  • Assist the Operations team with incoming and outgoing shipment processes, inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing
  • Support Fashion Advisors with product packaging and presentation
  • Manage opening and closing of cash registers, handling cash and processing deposits
  • Execute administrative responsibilities including answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of related retail or boutique operations experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 15 lbs regularly
  • Flexible scheduling availability including late evenings, weekends, and select holidays
  • Ability to work in-store to facilitate boutique opening, closing, inventory receiving, and product shipping
  • Passion for the House of Chanel, its heritage, product offerings, and cultural initiatives
