Chanel seeks a Boutique Facilitator at its Tysons location in McLean, VA. Hourly position supporting retail operations and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Chanel's service standards by greeting and welcoming all clients
- Provide continuous sales and service support to Fashion Advisors and the boutique team
- Support operations team in managing incoming and outgoing shipments, conducting inventory cycle counts, and assisting with daily re-ticketing
- Assist Fashion Advisors with product packaging and presentation
- Support opening and closing of registers, handle cash, and assist with deposit procedures
- Conduct administrative responsibilities including answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain in-store presence to facilitate boutique opening and closing procedures and ensure optimal client service
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of related retail or boutique experience
- Ability to lift 15 lbs regularly
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and select holidays
- Strong collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated understanding of and passion for client experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of and enthusiasm for the Chanel brand, its heritage, and product offerings
- Curiosity and commitment to professional growth within the luxury fashion environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of related retail, hospitality, or boutique operations experience required. Previous exposure to luxury brands or high-end client service environments is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.

The successful candidate will be located in McLean, Virginia, USA, with easy access to Washington.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25.50 to USD 28 per hour.
