Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming clients and hosting
- Provide continuous sales and service support as a brand ambassador to sales associates
- Support the operations team in managing incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing
- Assist Fashion Advisors with product packaging
- Support opening and closing of registers, handle cash, and process deposits
- Execute administrative responsibilities including managing client phone calls and resolving issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of related retail or boutique experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 15 lbs regularly
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and select holidays
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for client experience and understanding of luxury service standards
