Boutique Facilitator at Chanel Bellagio, Las Vegas. Full-time role supporting luxury retail operations, client service, and boutique excellence. $24–$26/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with CHANEL's service standards, including welcoming, greeting, and hosting clients
- Provide continuous sales and service support to Fashion Advisors as a brand ambassador
- Support the Operations team in managing incoming and outgoing shipments, assisting with inventory cycle counts and daily re-ticketing
- Assist Fashion Advisors with product packaging and presentation
- Support opening and closing of registers, handling cash and preparing deposits
- Execute administrative duties including answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of related retail or hospitality experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 15 lbs regularly
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and select holidays
- Ability to work in-store for opening and closing procedures, receiving inventory, and shipping operations
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of related experience in retail operations, boutique service, or comparable client-facing roles within a luxury environment.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 26 per hour.
