Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel’s service standards, including welcoming and hosting clients.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
  • Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including incoming and outgoing shipments, cycle counts, and re-ticketing.
  • Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and presentation.
  • Facilitate the opening and closing of registers and assist with cash handling and deposits.
  • Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Skills

Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Understanding of and passion for client experience. Excellent communication skills. Foreign language skills are preferred. Passion for Chanel’s history, products, and cultural initiatives.

Experience

A minimum of one year of related experience in a customer service or retail environment is required.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.
