Chanel seeks a Boutique Facilitator in Houston to deliver luxury client service and drive retail sales while upholding brand excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, personalized assistance to clients, fostering long-term relationships and brand loyalty
- Execute point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring seamless checkout experiences
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across Chanel's collections, including heritage, craftsmanship, and positioning
- Contribute to visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention protocols
- Process special orders and facilitate clienteling activities to enhance customized service
- Collaborate with boutique leadership and team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Proven retail or luxury service experience, preferably in a premium fashion or accessories environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to engage diverse clientele
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced retail setting
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Mandarin is preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury retail standards
Skills
Experience
