Chanel Boutique Facilitator position in Houston, TX. Full-time role supporting operations, inventory, and premium client service. $24.70–$26.00/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Chanel's service standards, welcoming and greeting all clients
- Provide continuous sales and service support to Fashion Advisors as a brand ambassador
- Support operations team in managing incoming and outgoing shipment processes, inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing
- Assist Fashion Advisors with premium product packaging and presentation
- Support opening and closing of registers; handle cash and deposit procedures
- Conduct administrative duties including answering client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain optimal in-store presence to facilitate boutique opening and closing, inventory receiving, and product shipping
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of related retail or boutique experience
- Ability to lift 15 lbs regularly
- Flexible schedule availability including late evenings, weekends, and select holidays
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Understanding of and passion for client experience excellence
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Passion for the House of Chanel, its heritage, product offerings, and commitment to cultural initiatives

Experience
Minimum 1 year of related retail, boutique operations, or customer service experience in a luxury or professional environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail training or certification preferred but not required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24.70 to USD 26 per hour.
