Chanel seeks a Boutique Facilitator (Host) at Westfield UTC, San Diego to deliver exceptional in-store client experiences in a luxury boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exemplary, anticipatory client experience in accordance with Chanel brand standards; welcome guests, manage flow and create a refined in-store atmosphere.
- Coordinate appointments and client reservations, manage waiting lists and support sales advisors with client logistics and hospitality.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and perform accurate cash handling, payments and basic transaction reconciliation when required.
- Maintain boutique presentation: merchandise replenishment, visual merchandising support, upkeep of displays and presentation standards.
- Act as first point of contact for phone and digital inquiries; triage client requests and liaise with clienteling/CRM and store leadership.
- Support boutique events and private appointments, including set-up, client reception and discreet aftercare follow-up.
- Adhere to loss-prevention procedures, health & safety regulations and internal confidentiality/discretion policies.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high‑calibre client service in a luxury retail or hospitality environment.
- Polished professional presentation and manner, with a strong sense of discretion and cultural awareness.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Reliable, punctual and able to stand for extended periods; capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced boutique setting.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Typically 1–2 years of direct customer-facing experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a client-facing service role; experience in a boutique or premium-brand environment preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in hospitality, retail management or a related discipline is advantageous.
