Chanel seeks a Boutique Facilitator (Host) in Miami, FL to welcome clients, manage appointments and support boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors upon arrival, ensuring an immediate and impeccable welcome consistent with Chanel’s brand standards.
- Manage boutique flow and appointment schedules, coordinating client reservations and directing clients to appropriate sales advisors or private salons.
- Provide concierge-level client servicing, including handling incoming calls, enquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Support the sales team in clienteling activities: capturing contact details, updating visit notes and assisting with follow-up communications.
- Maintain boutique atmosphere and presentation by ensuring seating areas, refreshments and visual merchandising are pristine and inviting.
- Coordinate logistics for in-store events and private viewings, liaising with store management and cross-functional teams as required.
- Adhere strictly to brand security, confidentiality and operational procedures, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in guest-facing roles within luxury retail, high-end hospitality or concierge services (typically 1–3 years).
- Impeccable personal presentation, polished manners and an understanding of luxury service protocols.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to anticipate client needs and exercise discretion.
- Strong organisational ability with experience managing calendars, appointments and simultaneous tasks.
- Flexibility to work boutique hours including evenings and weekends; reliable punctuality and professional conduct.

Education
