Chanel seeks a Boutique Facilitator / Host at Bellagio, Las Vegas — client-facing role delivering elevated guest experiences for an iconic luxury maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and receive guests with a discreet, polished manner; manage boutique flow and first impressions at the Bellagio location.
- Coordinate appointments, private viewings and VIP reservations, liaising closely with hotel concierge and internal sales consultants.
- Support the sales team by preparing merchandise for client presentations, ensuring product availability and adhering to visual merchandising directives.
- Maintain boutique standards of presentation, housekeeping and inventory integrity, escalating discrepancies to store management.
- Handle incoming telephone and email inquiries; create and update client records and follow-up actions in the clienteling system.
- Assist with transactional tasks as required (POS operation, payment processing, exchanges and returns) while ensuring compliance with brand policies.
- Contribute to local events, launches and client hospitality initiatives to strengthen relationships and foster repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in luxury retail, upscale hospitality, or frontline guest relations.
- Impeccable personal presentation and a polished, service-oriented demeanour consistent with high-end luxury standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of building rapport with a sophisticated, international clientele.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, remain composed in high-traffic environments and escalate issues appropriately.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality, retail or a related discipline preferred.
