Chanel is hiring a Boutique Facilitator / Host in Bal Harbour, FL to manage guest reception and appointment flow for its luxury boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of welcome for clients and visitors, delivering an effortless, discreet and polished reception experience.
- Manage boutique flow by coordinating appointments, walk-ins and private client viewings to optimise advisor availability and store capacity.
- Maintain appointment schedules and guest lists; confirm reservations by phone and email and coordinate in-store client logistics.
- Support the sales team by escorting clients, preparing consultation spaces and ensuring VIP arrivals receive personalised attention.
- Provide accurate information about products, services and in-store events while escalating product or service enquiries to sales or management.
- Ensure the boutique’s front-of-house presentation, signage and client areas are immaculate and aligned with the brand’s visual standards.
- Handle basic administrative tasks including call management, message taking, CRM updates and light clerical duties while preserving client confidentiality.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising and operations teams to facilitate seamless store openings, events and private appointments.
Qualifications
- Polished professional appearance and impeccable grooming consistent with luxury brand standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a poised, service-oriented demeanour.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-touch retail environment.

Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–2 years in luxury retail, high-end hospitality or a front-of-house client-facing role; experience within a premium fashion or beauty boutique is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary studies in hospitality, retail management or communications are a plus.
