Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Chanel's service mantra by welcoming, greeting, and hosting clients
- Support sales associates and fashion advisors with packaging and ongoing sales support to maximize their client-facing engagement
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipment processes, conduct inventory cycle counts, and assist with daily re-ticketing
- Support opening and closing of registers, handle cash operations, and process deposits
- Execute administrative responsibilities including managing client phone inquiries to ensure prompt and professional resolution
- Maintain boutique operations through flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and select holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail operations or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 15 lbs regularly
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated passion for luxury retail and the Chanel brand
