Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Chanel's service standards by greeting and welcoming clients throughout the boutique
  • Provide continuous sales and service support to Fashion Advisors as a brand ambassador for the House of Chanel
  • Support Operations team with incoming and outgoing shipment processes, inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing
  • Assist Fashion Advisors with product packaging and presentation
  • Support opening and closing of registers; handle cash processing and deposits
  • Execute administrative responsibilities including answering client phone calls and resolving issues professionally and promptly

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of related retail or boutique operations experience
  • Ability to lift and carry 15 lbs regularly
  • Flexible schedule with availability for late-night shifts, weekends, and select holidays
  • Strong passion for client experience and service excellence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Understanding of and passion for the House of Chanel, its heritage, product offerings, and cultural commitments

Experience
