Chanel is hiring a Boutique Facilitator in Waikiki, Honolulu, HI. Deliver exceptional client service and support boutique sales operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a signature luxury client experience through attentive, personalised service and proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets by converting appointments, walk-ins and follow-up opportunities.
  • Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising, product presentation and housekeeping to Chanel guidelines.
  • Manage transactions, returns and basic cash handling using the boutique POS; ensure accurate record-keeping and stock control.
  • Support inventory management activities — receiving, tagging, replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Coordinate and execute in-store client events and private appointments in collaboration with management and CRM teams.
  • Adhere to brand compliance, confidentiality and client privacy protocols at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality or client-facing sales (preferably 2+ years).
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and cultivating long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with polished presentation and professional discretion.
  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
