Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming, greeting, and hosting clients
- Provide continuous sales and service support as a brand ambassador, assisting Fashion Advisors with packaging and client interactions
- Support operations team in managing incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing
- Support opening and closing of registers, handle cash management, and process deposits
- Execute administrative responsibilities including answering client inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintain flexible availability to work late nights, weekends, and select holidays to support boutique operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of related retail or hospitality experience
- Ability to lift 15 lbs regularly
- Flexible schedule with availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Understanding of and passion for client experience and luxury service standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
