Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience for high-net-worth and aspirational customers, including appointment management and private client follow-up.
- Actively support sales generation through consultative selling, product demonstrations and effective closing techniques.
- Maintain impeccable boutique standards: merchandising, window presentation, stock replenishment and floor readiness in accordance with Chanel guidelines.
- Manage inventory transactions, process point-of-sale operations and ensure accurate cash/transaction handling and record keeping.
- Coordinate in-store events, trunk shows and private appointments in partnership with store management and the Chanel clienteling team.
- Uphold strict client confidentiality and safeguard sensitive client data and preferences.
- Liaise with Neiman Marcus operations and Chanel wholesale/retail contacts to ensure seamless customer service and stock availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of luxury retail or premium boutique experience, preferably within designer brands or high-end department stores.
- Proven track record serving high-net-worth clientele with discretion and tact.
- Polished professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Ability to work standing for extended periods and to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.

Experience
At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, boutique selling, or a high-end department store environment; demonstrable success with appointment-based selling and private-client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, fashion, retail or a related field preferred.
