Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-to-one client consultations for crystal embellishment, customization and repair requests within the boutique environment.
  • Manage in-store inventory of crystals, mountings and specialist accessories; ensure secure storage and meticulous stock records.
  • Coordinate bespoke embellishment and repair work with internal ateliers, external suppliers and in-house workshops, monitoring quality and lead times.
  • Maintain display integrity and visual standards for crystal products and related accessories, collaborating with visual merchandising.
  • Provide technical guidance and hands-on finishing where required, performing quality control checks to ensure flawless execution.
  • Train and advise boutique sales teams on product knowledge, handling protocols and bespoke service proposition for crystal items.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client communications relating to embellishment projects, delivering timely updates and preserving discretion.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail, jewelry or couture embellishment (typically 2+ years preferred).
  • Demonstrable dexterity and experience with hand-finishing, stone setting or fine-trim applications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, visual acuity and a commitment to exacting quality standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide consultative, high-touch client service.
  • Comfortable liaising with ateliers, external suppliers and cross-functional boutique teams.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in jewelry making, textiles, couture or related artisanal craft is advantageous.
