Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the boutique with a focus on personalized service and brand heritage
- Present Chanel products including apparel, accessories, fragrances, and fine jewelry with in-depth product knowledge
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale systems
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Build clientele through attentive service and follow-up engagement
Qualifications
- Retail or hospitality experience in a luxury environment
