Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and greeting all clients.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
  • Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including incoming and outgoing shipments, cycle counts, and re-ticketing.
  • Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and other client-facing tasks.
  • Facilitate the opening and closing of registers and assist with cash handling and deposits.
  • Conduct administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of related experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience. Excellent communication skills. Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the luxury fashion industry.

Experience

Candidates must have at least one year of related experience in a customer service or retail environment, preferably within the luxury sector.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.
