Role & Responsibilities
- Extend warm, elegant welcomes to all guests, creating an inviting first impression and establishing personal rapport
- Anticipate client needs and provide tailored, thoughtful assistance throughout their boutique visit
- Acknowledge and cater to Very Important Clients (VICs), ensuring their experience reflects their valued relationship with Chanel
- Coordinate memorable client experiences, including pre-arrival communications and post-visit follow-up
- Maintain an approachable, gracious presence on the boutique floor, assisting with directions, appointments, and introductions to sales associates
- Manage guest flow to create a serene and organized boutique environment
- Monitor and report on client experience metrics, sharing insights and feedback with management
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of Chanel's métiers, product offerings, and heritage to guide guests effectively
- Deliver bespoke hospitality services, including assistance with purchases, transportation, and special requests
- Support boutique events and special activations to enhance client engagement and brand visibility
- Assist with private floor support, client appreciation initiatives, and event execution
- Oversee pre-arrival and in-store communications, ensuring each interaction is personalized and considerate
- Efficiently manage appointment bookings and daily client scheduling using digital tools and CRM systems
- Embody Chanel's heritage, aesthetic values, and commitments in every action and client interaction
- Maintain a dynamic, professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the Maison's timeless elegance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of related experience in luxury hospitality, retail, or client-facing services
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive anticipation of client needs
- Discretion and professionalism when engaging with VICs and distinguished guests
- Proficiency with digital platforms, including CRM systems and appointment management tools
- Graceful, composed, and client-focused approach
- Proven team collaboration skills and commitment to collective success

- Ability to lift 15 lbs and work flexibly, including late evenings, weekends, and select holidays
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience
Minimum 1 year of related experience in luxury hospitality, upscale retail environments, or comparable client-facing service roles. Experience in luxury boutiques, high-end hotels, or similar establishments is preferred but not strictly required.
Education
