Chanel Boutique Facilitator position at Neiman Marcus Chicago—operational support and client service role, $25.50–$28.00/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and greeting all clients
- Provide continuous sales and service support to Fashion Advisors as the ultimate brand ambassador
- Support the Operations team in managing incoming and outgoing shipments, conducting inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing
- Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging and presentation of merchandise
- Support opening and closing of registers, handle cash processing and deposits
- Execute administrative responsibilities including answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of related retail or hospitality experience
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 15 lbs regularly
- Flexible schedule with availability for late evenings, weekends, and select holidays
- Physical presence in-store for opening, closing, inventory receiving, and product shipping operations
