CHANEL is seeking a Boutique Facilitator in Boston for a multifunctional boutique support role focused on exceptional client service and operational assistance. The role supports sales associates and Fashion Advisors, shipment and inventory processes, packaging, registers, cash handling, and client communications; it is full-time, with a flexible schedule that includes late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in line with CHANEL’s service mantra, welcoming and greeting clients and hosting them.
  • Provide ongoing sales and service support as a brand ambassador.
  • Support the Operations team with incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing.
  • Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging.
  • Support register opening and closing, and handle cash and deposits.
  • Answer phone calls and fulfil administrative responsibilities to resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide in-store support for boutique opening and closing, inventory receiving, and product shipping to support sales and optimal client service.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift 15 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
  • Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.
  • Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of CHANEL.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25.50 to USD 30 per hour.
