The Boutique Facilitator supports CHANEL’s Saks Beverly Hills boutique through accurate sales processing, client service, shipment and inventory support, packaging, cash handling, and administrative duties. This in-store role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, and flexible availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays; the anticipated hourly rate is $24.70–$28.03.
Role & Responsibilities
- Accurately process sales to support a seamless client experience.
- Process customer receipts, refunds, and credits.
- Provide ongoing sales and service support as a brand ambassador.
- Support the Operations team with incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing.
- Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging.
- Support register opening and closing; handle cash and deposits.
- Oversee check refund procedures.
- Explain policies and transaction documents to clients as needed.
- Support accurate and complete client data capture.
- Bag, box, wrap, and gift-wrap merchandise to CHANEL standards.
- Handle administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, to resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
- Support boutique opening and closing, inventory receiving, and product shipping to facilitate sales and optimal client service.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
