Role & Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions, receipts, refunds, and credits with precision and attention to detail
• Support the operations team with inventory cycle counts, re-ticketing, and accurate receiving and shipping of merchandise
• Assist Fashion Advisors with premium packaging, gift wrapping, and merchandise presentation according to Chanel standards
• Manage register operations including opening, closing, cash handling, and daily deposits
• Oversee check refund procedures and interface with clients to explain policies and transaction documentation
• Capture and maintain accurate client data to support the boutique's customer relationship management
• Provide continuous sales and service support as a brand ambassador for Chanel
• Answer phone inquiries and resolve client issues promptly and professionally
• Support boutique opening and closing procedures to ensure in-store presence and operational readiness

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of related retail or boutique experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 15 pounds regularly
• Flexible schedule accommodating late evenings, weekends, and select holidays
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of and passion for client experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiasm for Chanel's heritage, products, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24.70 to USD 28.03 per hour.
