Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable first impression upon entry to the boutique
- Facilitate seamless client journeys throughout the sales floor, anticipating needs and connecting clients with appropriate sales staff
- Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and ensure all spaces reflect Chanel's exacting standards of luxury
- Coordinate boutique flow during peak periods, managing queues and appointment scheduling with discretion
