Chanel is hiring a Boutique Facilitator in Beverly Hills, CA — client-facing retail role delivering luxury service, clienteling and sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, appointment-driven client service that reflects Chanel’s standards of discretion and luxury hospitality.
- Proactively develop and maintain client relationships through bespoke clienteling, follow-ups and curated product recommendations.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to team performance and store KPIs.
- Manage client appointments, in-store consultations, and VIP visits; coordinate private viewings when required.
- Ensure impeccable floor presentation and adherence to Chanel visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including POS operation, returns and gift-wrapping; support loss-prevention procedures.
- Support inventory management activities: stock replenishment, cycle counts and receiving processes.
- Communicate client feedback and product trends to the boutique manager and relevant brand teams.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in luxury retail or boutique sales, preferably within fashion, leather goods or beauty.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building long-term client relationships and delivering customised service.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work within a KPI-driven retail environment.
- Discreet professional manner and high standards of personal presentation consistent with a heritage luxury brand.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of direct experience in luxury retail or boutique environments with a demonstrable track record of client acquisition, retention and sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; formal retail, fashion or hospitality training or tertiary qualification preferred.
