Chanel in Beverly Hills seeks a Boutique Facilitator (Host) to welcome clients, manage appointments and support boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal point of welcome for clients entering the boutique — manage greetings, guest flow and first impressions with impeccable presentation.
- Coordinate appointments, manage the reservation system and ensure punctual client reception and hand-off to sales advisors.
- Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries; process reservations, cancellations and basic client requests efficiently and discreetly.
- Maintain the boutique’s front-of-house appearance and presentation, including merchandising tidiness, window readiness and fitting-room readiness.
- Support sales advisors during peak periods by preparing product selections, organising appointments and assisting with client comfort and logistics.
- Perform light administrative tasks including client check-in/check-out, recording basic client preferences and ensuring accurate handover to clienteling teams.
- Assist with gift wrapping, order processing and liaising with store operations on stock movement and returns.
- Adhere to brand security protocols and loss-prevention procedures while delivering a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven hospitality or luxury retail experience; prior boutique reception or guest-facing role preferred.
- Polished personal presentation and a professional demeanour consistent with high-fashion standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong emotional intelligence and the ability to anticipate client needs.
- Reliable organisation and time-management skills; comfortable managing appointments and competing priorities.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by boutique schedule.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or front-of-house client services; experience within a premium fashion or beauty environment preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality or retail is an asset.
