Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalized, discreet and elevated client experience across appointments, walk‑ins and events.
- Coordinate daily boutique operations including client appointments, stylist support, stock flow and floor readiness.
- Support sales advisors by preparing client dossiers, managing CRM updates and facilitating follow‑up communications.
- Maintain visual and merchandising standards in line with brand directives and local market plans.
- Oversee transactional processes: POS support, cash handling, returns and basic reconciliation in partnership with store leadership.
- Assist with in‑store events and trunk shows: logistics, guest lists, VIP reception and coordination with marketing/PR teams.
- Safeguard client confidentiality and enforce boutique security and loss‑prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven client‑facing experience in luxury retail or hospitality (typically 2+ years preferred).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to anticipate and articulate client needs.
- Strong organisational aptitude and meticulous attention to detail when managing appointments and client records.
- Demonstrated discretion, professionalism and ability to handle confidential client information.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and high‑season activities; eligibility to work in the United States.

Experience
Experience in luxury retail or high‑end hospitality is preferred, with a track record of supporting sales teams and managing client interactions in a boutique environment. Prior exposure to VIP service and in‑store event support is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary studies in hospitality, fashion, business or related fields preferred.
