Chanel seeks a Boutique Facilitator at Saks Atlanta to deliver elevated client service and manage boutique operations in Atlanta, GA.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of the brand within the Saks Atlanta environment, delivering high-touch, personalized service to establish and deepen client relationships.
- Manage clientelling activities including appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and bespoke service offers to drive retention and repeat business.
- Support daily boutique operations: merchandise presentation, stock replenishment, inventory accuracy and point-of-sale transactions in accordance with Chanel standards.
- Collaborate with Saks store leadership and Chanel regional teams to execute events, trunk shows and in-store activations that enhance brand presence.
- Ensure consistent application of brand visual merchandising and presentation guidelines within the Saks boutique space.
- Monitor sales performance and client metrics, proactively pursuing opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Uphold loss-prevention, product handling and quality-control procedures for luxury merchandise.
- Provide product education to clients and colleagues on current collections, materials and craftsmanship to reinforce brand positioning.
Qualifications
- Proven luxury retail or premium department store experience, preferably working with a high-end designer brand.
- Demonstrable clienteling ability with a track record of building long-term client relationships and meeting sales targets.
- Exceptional verbal presentation and interpersonal skills, with polished professional appearance and manner.
- Strong organizational aptitude with attention to detail in merchandising, inventory and appointment management.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak shopping periods.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Typically requires 2+ years of experience in luxury retail or within a premium department store environment, with direct responsibility for client relationships, sales targets and boutique operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion, marketing or a related field preferred.
