Chanel in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Boutique Facilitator to support boutique operations, client service and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily boutique operations to ensure flawless client experiences and adherence to Chanel standards.
- Greet and assist clients; manage appointment scheduling and on‑floor client flows to optimise service delivery.
- Maintain boutique presentation through replenishment, merchandising execution and adherence to visual standards.
- Manage stock movements and basic inventory processes, liaising with store management and stockroom teams.
- Operate POS and complete transactional and administrative tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with clienteling and CRM teams to update client records, follow up on enquiries and support sales initiatives.
- Contribute to loss‑prevention measures and ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or boutique operations, preferably within premium fashion or beauty brands.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanour and strong client-service orientation.
- Sound organisational abilities and attention to detail in merchandising, stock handling and administrative tasks.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of hands-on experience in retail or boutique environments, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury fashion, beauty, or premium lifestyle brands.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent); vocational training or coursework in retail, hospitality, or luxury management is advantageous.
