Chanel is hiring a Boutique Director in Zapopan, Guadalajara to lead retail operations and drive luxury brand excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the boutique team to deliver exceptional personalized service and exceed sales targets
- Maintain and reinforce Chanel brand standards, visual merchandising excellence, and store aesthetics
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, financial performance, and administrative compliance
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives and clienteling strategies to build brand loyalty
- Recruit, train, and develop retail staff while fostering a culture of engagement and professional growth
- Manage relationships with regional management and coordinate with supply chain and merchandising teams
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management or boutique leadership
- Demonstrated excellence in sales achievement and revenue growth
- Strong knowledge of Chanel brand values, heritage, and product portfolio
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with multilingual capability
- Proficiency in retail management systems and sales analytics tools
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive responsibility in luxury retail management, with at least 2–3 years leading a boutique or high-performing retail location. Prior experience within the fashion, jewelry, or hospitality sectors is preferred.
Education
Secondary education required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico, with easy access to Guadalajara.
