Role & Responsibilities

  • Coach and inspire boutique staff to deliver elevated client experiences across all clientele
  • Foster a positive working environment that emphasizes feedback culture, diversity, mutual respect, and collaborative teamwork
  • Lead as a leader of leaders, actively developing boutique management talent and empowering team members to manage their direct reports and assigned business responsibilities
  • Develop and achieve business goals through strategic partnerships with boutique team and Home Office to devise creative solutions for sales growth
  • Lead the team with agility and resilience, continuously improving performance based on key performance indicators and lessons learned
  • Represent Chanel in the market through community involvement, partnerships with local high-profile businesses, and the execution of social and seasonal events

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of related retail or luxury retail management experience
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs
  • Passion for the House of Chanel, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
  • Understanding of and authentic passion for client experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 138,700 to USD 175,000 per annum.
