Chanel is seeking a Boutique Director for its Vancouver location. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits, requiring over 10 years of luxury retail management experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Inspire a culture of client-centricity, ensuring personalized service and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Lead the boutique’s financial strategy to achieve ambitious goals and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Empower teams to ensure cross-divisional collaboration across Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry, and Fragrance & Beauty.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Ensure seamless daily operations, including workflow management, scheduling, and adherence to brand standards in visual merchandising.
  • Shape the boutique’s business strategy, curating stock assortments and contributing to budgeting processes.
  • Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of experience in luxury retail management, preferably in Ready-to-Wear, Fragrance & Beauty, or Watches & Fine Jewelry.

Skills

Demonstrated ability to balance strategic oversight with meticulous attention to operational details. Strong background in building, leading, and motivating high-performing teams. Passion for delivering exceptional service and developing meaningful client relationships. Familiarity with POS systems, Excel, and HRIS platforms. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficiency in English, with additional language skills considered an asset.

Experience

Over 10 years of experience in luxury retail management, preferably in Ready-to-Wear, Fragrance & Beauty, or Watches & Fine Jewelry.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Compensation

Competitive base salary of $160k-175k CAD annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
