Role & Responsibilities

  • Coach and inspire boutique staff to consistently deliver elevated client experiences across all customer segments
  • Foster a positive, inclusive working environment that encourages feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and collaborative teamwork
  • Act as leader of leaders, actively developing boutique management talent and empowering team members to own their business responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic business goals in partnership with boutique team and corporate headquarters, creating innovative solutions to drive sales growth
  • Lead the team with agility and resilience, continuously improving performance based on key performance indicators and organizational learning
  • Represent Chanel in the market by developing the client base through community involvement, strategic partnerships with local businesses, and hosting social and seasonal events
  • Ensure boutique image, operational standards, and in-store presentation align with Chanel brand guidelines
  • Manage boutique operations and staff scheduling to accommodate flexible hours including late evenings, weekends, and select holidays

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of related retail management or boutique leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Exceptional passion for and understanding of luxury client experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Deep passion for the Chanel brand, its heritage, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
  • Curiosity and genuine desire to learn and grow professionally within the Chanel organization
  • Ability to work flexibly with late nights, weekends, and select holidays
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs regularly
  • Foreign language skills preferred but not required

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 134,000 to USD 185,000 per annum.
