Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all boutique operations including sales performance, inventory management, and staff supervision
- Drive revenue growth and profitability targets through strategic merchandising and sales excellence
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clientele through personalized service and exclusivity
- Direct visual merchandising presentations and in-store brand activation aligned with global Chanel campaigns
