Chanel seeks an experienced Boutique Director for its San Diego Westfield UTC location to lead team development and drive elevated client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and inspire boutique staff to deliver an elevated client experience for all customers
- Foster a positive working environment grounded in feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and collaboration
- Act as leader of leaders, actively developing boutique leadership and empowering team members to manage their direct reports and assigned business responsibilities
- Develop and achieve business goals, partnering with boutique team and home office to devise creative and strategic solutions to increase sales
- Lead the team with agility and resilience, continuously improving based on key performance indicators and lessons learned
- Represent Chanel in the market, developing the client base through community involvement, partnerships with local high-profile businesses, and social and seasonal events
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of related retail management experience
- Demonstrated expertise in people leadership and team development
- Strong understanding of and passion for elevated client experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively
- Passion for Chanel's heritage, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of Chanel

Experience
Minimum 7 years of related retail management experience, with demonstrated success in team leadership, client service delivery, and business development. Experience developing emerging leaders and fostering inclusive, high-performing teams is essential.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 134,900 to USD 184,000 per annum.
